The Joint Area Review will make 12 graded judgements to establish the overall contribution of all services to each of the five ECM outcomes. It will make judgements on the council’s children’s services overall, with separate graded judgements on education, social care and health. Although, the JAR is predominantly concerned with the local council’s delivery to children before and during statutory education the inspectors will need to be satisfied that non-local authority provision is included in a seamless plan for post 16 education and training as indicated by the following extract:
| 5.3 Action is taken to ensure that 1419 education and training is planned and delivered in a coordinated way, and to ensure that education and training (1619) is of good quality |
