Each segment to be offered at three levels, allowing for learning, development and progression

All Mentors to reflect on own practical mentoring skills and knowledge

Each Mentor:

Identify own training needs

Consider the training options available - attend provider’s training and/or access some of the learning segment’s on line

Produce an individual learning plan with specific time-sheets

Inform co-ordinator of teacher training of any learning segments/training completed
